I approach my work with joy and a deep sense of purpose. As an ICF-certified lifestyle and organizational development coach based in San Diego, I specialize in helping women of color navigate and thrive in workplaces that often fail to recognize their full potential. My focus is on creating healthy workplace cultures, and I have a particular passion for equity, diversity, and inclusion. Having survived toxic workplaces myself, I’ve developed a coaching method designed not just to help others survive but to truly thrive.

I started Core Clarity Coaching to balance out my organizational development work, which I still love. However, I wanted a space where I could work directly with individual women and small groups, using my lived experience and skills to guide them toward clarity, confidence, and success. For me, coaching is personal—it’s about playing forward the support I once received from more experienced women of color and creating a ripple effect of empowerment for those navigating the complexities of their professional lives. I believe that within 90 days, you’ll see meaningful changes that resonate throughout your career and life.
